It might also be that Beth Noveck is busy with other work for the Obama Administration right now.
We had a very successful experience with Peer to Patent by drafting our patent applications specifically for Peer Review. As a result, we had the top two most active applications in this years trial.
Our next step is to launch a "semi-private" patent examination service that hires real experts to look at specific patent applications before the US examiner does. It's called "Examiner Advocate". Our results are made available to the patent examiner to improve the speed and efficiency of the formal examination. It's targeted at business methods and software patents. Our first trials are underway.

@Mark
Does your "Examiner Advocate" pays its "experts"?
If so, who is paying them?
A "sponsor" will pay the experts. Only applications that are sponsored will be examined by the Examiner Advocate.
@Mark
Nice "invention" you are trying to patent there:

Thank you. This was one of the patent applications we submitted to Peer to Patent. You can see the results here. http://bit.ly/1616ew
It will also get an "expert" examination by the Examiner Advocate before it gets its "statutory" examination by the USPTO.
