Have a look what Philips submitted. Trips is irrelevant for the EPO boards of appeal and subject to WTO settlement. You would not expect something like that from lobby hired guns, not lawyers in the field.
the various branches of the affected industries would not file any submissions until the very last minute in order to gain the maximum insight into other submissions first
leave it a couple of weeks and then check the epo website again
The number of amicus curiae briefs available on the EPO website has already more than doubled since the blog post. Not too many from big industry so far, but indeed there is still time left.
The patent industry is the most affected industry.
They should be more organised to make their voices heard.
It seems that right now the developers in sandals are more active in order to steal IP.
