UK Consultation on Proposed Changes Relating to EC Legislation on Compulsory Licences and on Supplementary Protection Certificates.

The UK-IPO has published on their website a EXTERNAL LINKconsultation document seeking comments on proposed changes to the Patents Act 1977 relating to EC legislation on compulsory licences and on supplementary protection certificates.

Comments on the draft Regulations are asked for by October 31, 2007.
