On the one hand there is a small group who are keen to explore this possibility, on the other a much larger group who see it as of little interest to them. [...]"Irrespective of whether or not one can agree to such proposals, in any case they surely would lead to a major change in the landscape of law business. Tendencies towards commodisation might then be on the rise, and smaller firms would get more problems under the proposed regime unless they are highly specialised.
