My problem with this decision by the EBA is that it doesn't seem to resolve any of the issues ;-) I've now read the decision 3 times and am still uncertain about the degree to which such inventions are or are not patentable. It seems, judging by comments from other professionals on other websites, that I am not alone - phew !!! As usual, I suppose we will have to wait for the TBAs to hear further cases to iron out the creases. Alex  Post a Comment
