Saturday, July 16, 2005New UK Consultation Paper on Implementing the Directive on the Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights 2004/48/EC.The UK-PTO has published a consultation paper which sets out proposals for implementing the Directive on the enforcement of intellectual property rights 2004/48/EC which was adopted in April 2004. EU Member states are required to implement the Directive by 29 April 2006.The list of organisations consulted by the UK-Government is available here.
