"Right to be Heard" will be improved in Germany.

The EXTERNAL LINKGerman Federal Government has introduced a INTERNAL LINKDraft Bill concerning legal remedies in cases of violation of the right to be heard into the EXTERNAL LINKSecond Chamber of the German Parliament ("Bundesrat"). The Bill responds to a EXTERNAL LINKformer decision of the EXTERNAL LINKGerman Constitutional Court ("Bundesverfassungsgericht") [Sorry, in German only].
