New decision of German BGH on the Patentability of Computer Implemented Inventions.

On May 24, 2004 the German Federal Supreme Court (Bundesgerichtshof, BGH) has issued another EXTERNAL LINKimportant decision (X ZB 20/03) on the patentability of computer-implemented inventions. More analysis soon on this blog.
