German Govt. Backing Intellectual Property.

The German Chancellor Mr. Gerhard Schroeder and Mr. Heinrich von Pierer, CEO of Siemens AG, have yesterday announced that in Munich an IP arbitration board will be created. The

event hosted by the German Patent and Trade Mark Office in the premises of the "Deutsches Museum" was a general roundup to strengthen the role of IP legislation.
