Document CM 1009/04 to continue on March 30, 2004 in closed session with the examination of the amendments proposed by the European Parliament at first reading (

Document 11503/03) concerning the proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the patentability of computer-implemented inventions on the basis of the Presidency working document contained in Document 7230/04 (to be issued shortly).
