Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF):

RFC 3667, S. Bradner, "IETF Rights in Contributions";

RFC 3668, S. Bradner, "Intellectual Property Rights in IETF Technology";

RFC 3669, S. Brim, "Guidelines for Working Groups on Intellectual Property Issues"

Moreover, there is an interesting list of suggested

DRAFT Criteria (in development) for the Evaluation of a patent policy for a Standards Setting Organization drawn up by

GTW Associates.
