Tuesday, February 24, 2004COREPER on Intellectual Property Politics.Within the context of the preparation for the Competitiveness (Internal Market, Industry and Research) Council meeting on 11 March 2004, COREPER will deal on its next session on Wednesday 25 and Friday 27 February 2004 with the Community patent as well as with the Proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on measures and procedures to ensure the enforcement of intellectual property rights.
