OHIM Employees on strike?

reports about rumours saying that Employees of the

Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) in Alicante are on strike because they consider the Community Trade Mark system to be in danger due to bad management and staff policies.

I have absolute no idea whether these rumours are to be taken serious or merely a bad hoax.
