Thursday, November 13, 2003News on the European Patent Litigation Agreement (EPLA)As reported on the website of the Swiss Patent and Trade Mark Office (IGE), the working party on litigation will meet in Munich for the fifth time November 19th and 20th, 2003 to discuss the substance of the finalized proposals for a European Patent Litigation Agreement (EPLA) and a court statute. Also on the agenda is whether a diplomatic conference should be convened for the purpose of signing the documents.
