European Community joining the Madrid protocol on international trademarks.

The European Commission has

welcomed the formal adoption by the Council of Ministers, after seven years of negotiations, of a Decision on the European Community joining the Madrid protocol on international trademarks and of a Regulation linking this international system with the Community trademark.
