For example, on Thursday, July 24, 2003, the Subcommittee on Courts, the Internet, and Intellectual Property of the Committe on the Judiciary of the U.S. House of Representatives has held a Hearing on "Patent Quality Improvement". In Europe, the EPO is internally mooting similar approaches.
