European Parliament to vote on Wednesday 24 September

The agenda for the session of the European Parliament has been made final.

Tomorrow Ms. McCarthy will present the

JURI report on the proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the patentability of computer-implemented inventions [COM(2002) 92 - C5-0082/2002 - 2002/0047(COD)] Committee on Legal Affairs and the Internal Market. The vote of the House will be on Wednesday.
